02 / Your daily routine
One stick. Mix well.
Mix one stick pack (7.2 g) with 300–500 ml of cold water. Shake or stir well. Take one stick daily, preferably in the morning.
A caffeine-free citrus blend with 16 ingredients. Vitamins B6 and B12 support normal energy metabolism and help reduce tiredness, while zinc supports normal cognitive function.

Before you begin.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of children. Not for under-18s, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Do not take on the same day as other astaxanthin supplements. Do not use for more than three months. Consult a doctor if taking antidepressants, anticoagulants or diabetes medication. Store below 25 °C, protected from moisture and light.
