Product guide / Focused Energy

Meet your daily mix.

A caffeine-free citrus blend with 16 ingredients. Vitamins B6 and B12 support normal energy metabolism and help reduce tiredness, while zinc supports normal cognitive function.

Each tin contains 15 stick packs. Each serving is pre-measured, so there’s no scoop to find or amount to guess. That makes the recommended routine straightforward.

How to use it

Mix one stick pack (7.2 g) with 300–500 ml of cold water. Shake or stir well. Take one stick daily, preferably in the morning.

Always read the directions and warnings on your packaging. The product is not for under-18s, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. See the ingredient guide for the full use precautions.

Reading guide / The label

The dose is only part of the story.

Two ingredients with different doses are not necessarily comparable. When you read a formula, ask what the ingredient is, which form is used and which research it is being compared with.

Start with the units

Milligrams and micrograms are different units. Focused Energy, for example, contains 500 µg of vitamin B12: that is 0.5 mg. A bigger number on the label does not automatically mean a bigger quantity.

Check what the amount describes

The formula contains 160 mg of AstaBead CWD, providing 8 mg of astaxanthin. The amount of an ingredient preparation and the amount of its active component can therefore differ. Our mineral figures describe elemental quantities.

Read the research in context

A study of an individual ingredient is not a clinical trial of the finished ava product. Study design, participants, form and dose all matter. Our science page explains both the match and the limitations.

ava Focus Club

Better routines. Good company.

We want to build a community where people encourage each other, celebrate small steps and have room to start again. You don’t have to be an athlete or know anyone already to belong.

Focus Club is free to join. It’s where we share ava updates, member offers and what is coming next. Community runs and casual meetups are being planned; dates and locations will be announced when confirmed.

Not perfect routines. Not a competition to do the most. Just people who want to help each other keep going.
