We built the product we couldn’t find.
We are Anders and Mads Aanesen. In 2024, in Iceland, we started Ava around a feeling we both knew too well: reaching for quick energy to get through a demanding day, then paying for it later with jitters, distraction or a crash.
We wanted energy to feel steady and useful—not borrowed from later. So we set out to make something we would genuinely choose every morning. Mads brought his perspective as a medical doctor, and together we kept asking the same questions: why this ingredient, why this dose, and can we trust where it comes from?
Focused Energy took nearly two years to develop. We refused to rush it. Every version brought us closer to a formula we were proud to put our names on.

His focus is keeping Ava useful, honest and relevant to real life—the early start, the long meeting, the training session and the time you still want to have for the people around you.

His perspective shaped the discipline behind Focused Energy: meaningful doses, trusted sources and a formula that can be explained clearly rather than hidden behind hype.
